The color of their hair drives away their predators. The babies of skunks are born blind and after one month, fur begins to grow. When he is a month and a half old, they start throwing jets as a defense and after a half extra month, they can eat normally without needing breast milk. They whip the soil to scare away the predators that approach it.
Biology:

Habitat:
Skunks are desert animals but also inhabit forests, rocky areas and urban sites throughout North America.
Diet:
Their diet is varied and includes reptiles, small mammals, insects, bird eggs and fruits among other things. They usually go out looking for food alone during the night.
Behavior:
As far as their behavior is concerned, if you get too close to a Scottsdale skunk, the skunk will attack you by throwing a jet of liquid that smells very unpleasant and very strong. It is for this reason that other animals choose not to get too close. The jet causes temporary blindness and inflames the skin. It launches from two glands that it possesses in the back zone of its body and generally they are skillful with their aim.
